HOW TO MAKE TRANSFER WITHOUT OPENING AN ACCOUNT

To make a foreign currency transfer there should be filled an Application form and necessary cash amount should be deposited to the Bank's cash desk.

The Application form for currency transfers without opening an account should be filled out by the customer in the branch of Garanti Bank Moscow in the presence of Customer Service specialists.
Transfers (settlements) of foreign currency from the Russian Federation are permitted upon submission of a document of personal identification.

The application form for currency transfers from the Russian Federation requires:

• Surname, name and patronymic name and address for the sender;
• Personal identification document information for the sender of the transfer from the Russian Federation (number, series, issuing institution and date of issue)
• Amount and the purpose of the transfer (settlement)
• Payment details for the beneficiary;
• Date and signature

On the application form, the customer must state that the transfer is not connected to the conduct of business activity, investment activity, or the acquisition of rights to immovable property.

In accordance with the Direction of the Central Bank of Russia No. 1412-U of March 30, 2004, a resident has the right to transfer from the Russian Federation a sum not exceeding USD 5,000 per day in foreign currency or the currency of the Russian Federation without opening a bank account in the authorized bank.
