BANKING GUARANTEES TO CUSTOMS BODIES

CB "Garanti Bank - Moscow" (ZAO)  is authorized to provide payment guarantees to customs bodies, according to Federal Customs Service Notification N152 dd. May 01, 2010.

Customs guarantee is a way of securing the payment of import and export fees, import-related VAT, excise duties, and customs duties.
CB "Garanti Bank - Moscow" (ZAO)  offers its clients to issue the following types of customs guarantees for Russia's Federal Customs Service:

• guarantees for importers of goods subject to excises;
• guarantees for owners of customs storage facilities;
• guarantees for customs brokers;
• guarantees for customs carriers.
