Shareholders:

The major shareholder of Garanti Bank Moscow is Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. (Garanti Bank) - the second largest private bank in Turkey. 

Garanti Bank is 24,23% owned by Dogus Holding, one of the largest conglomerates in Turkey  and 25.01% by Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A. (BBVA), one of Europe's major banks and the second largest bank in Spain.  Garanti is publicly traded in the ISE with a free float of 48.51%.

Committed to its customers, Garanti operates an expanding distribution network comprising 792 branches including five foreign branches (in Luxembourg, Malta and Northern Cyprus(3)) and four international representative offices (in Moscow, London, Dusseldorf and Shangai), close to 3,000 ATMs, an award winning call center and an internet & mobile bank utilizing its state-of-the-art technology.
